Creating an account

You need a Promise Tickets account to create and manage campaigns as a producer. Patrons do not need an account to make promises.

Sign-up methods

You can create an account using any of the following:

Email and password

1. Go to the Promise Tickets homepage and click Get started.
2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
3. Click Sign up.
4. Check your email for a confirmation link and click it to verify your account.

Google

1. Click Get started on the homepage.
2. Click Continue with Google.
3. Select your Google account and authorize the connection.

Facebook / Meta

1. Click Get started on the homepage.
2. Click Continue with Facebook.
3. Log in to Facebook and authorize the connection.

After signing up

Once your account is created, you'll be redirected to your producer dashboard where you can:

• Create your first campaign
• Connect your Stripe account for payouts
• Manage your settings
