Missing email notifications
What to do when you're not receiving emails from Promise Tickets.
If you're not receiving emails from Promise Tickets, try these steps.
Check your spam folder
Email providers sometimes filter transactional emails into spam or junk folders. Search for emails from noreply@promisetickets.com.
Verify your email address
Make sure you entered the correct email address:
- Patrons: Check the email address you entered when making your promise. Typos are the most common cause of missing emails.
- Producers: Your notifications go to the email associated with your account (visible in the top-right of your dashboard).
Add to safe senders
Add noreply@promisetickets.com to your contacts or safe senders list. This tells your email provider to deliver emails from this address to your inbox.
Check email filters
If you use email rules or filters, make sure none of them are moving Promise Tickets emails to a folder or deleting them.
Gmail-specific
If you use Gmail, check the Promotions and Updates tabs in addition to your primary inbox.
Promise Tickets sends emails at specific moments in the campaign lifecycle. If you're expecting an email that hasn't arrived, it may be that the triggering event hasn't happened yet. See Email notifications for a complete list of when emails are sent.
