For producers

Editing a campaign

What you can edit on a campaign and when.

You can edit campaigns that are in draft status. Once a campaign is published (active), most fields are locked.

Editing a draft campaign

While a campaign is in draft, you can change anything:

  • Title and description
  • Venue details (name, address, capacity)
  • Ticket price and threshold
  • Deadline
  • Performance dates
  • Progress bar visibility

To edit, open the campaign from your dashboard and click Edit.

After publishing

Once a campaign is published and active, you cannot edit it. This is because:

  • Ticket price and fees are part of the promise patrons agreed to.
  • Threshold changes would alter the terms of the campaign.
  • Deadline changes could affect patrons' expectations.
Info

If you need to make changes to a published campaign, you can cancel it and create a new one. Note that any existing promises will be cancelled and patrons will need to re-promise on the new campaign.

Campaign descriptions

While the form fields are locked after publishing, the event details patrons agreed to (price, dates, threshold) remain exactly as they were when published. This protects both producers and patrons.
