Signing in

How to sign in

1. Go to the Promise Tickets homepage and click Sign in.
2. Choose your sign-in method:
   • Email and password — enter the email and password you used to sign up.
   • Google — click "Continue with Google" and select your account.
   • Facebook / Meta — click "Continue with Facebook" and log in.
3. You'll be redirected to your dashboard.

Using a different method

You must sign in with the same method you used to create your account. If you signed up with Google, you need to sign in with Google — not with an email/password combination.

Signing out

To sign out:

1. Look for your email address in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
2. Click Sign out.

You'll be redirected to the login page.

Forgot your password?

If you signed up with email and password and can't remember your password, use the password reset option on the login page to receive a reset link by email.
