For producers

Receiving payouts

How producers receive money after a campaign converts.

When you convert a campaign, all active promises are charged and your earnings are routed to your connected Stripe account.

How the money flows

  1. Patrons are charged. Each active promise is charged the total amount (ticket price + platform fee).
  2. Funds are split automatically. Stripe routes the ticket face value to your connected account and the platform fee to Promise Tickets.
  3. You receive your payout. Stripe deposits your earnings to the bank account linked to your Stripe account.

Payout timing

Payouts follow your Stripe account's standard payout schedule. For most accounts, this is:

  • 2 business days after the charge is processed (for US accounts).
  • Timing may vary by country and account type.

You can view and manage your payout schedule by logging into your Stripe dashboard at dashboard.stripe.com.

What you receive

After conversion, you'll receive an email summary showing:

| Detail | Description | |--------|-------------| | Tickets charged | Number of promises successfully charged | | Failed charges | Number of charges that didn't go through | | Total revenue | Total amount collected from patrons | | Your payout | Amount routed to your Stripe account |

Info

You keep 100% of the ticket face value. The platform fee is collected separately from the patron and does not reduce your payout.
