Campaign not converting
Common reasons why you can't convert a campaign and how to resolve them.
If the convert button isn't available or conversion isn't working, check these common blockers.
Threshold not met
The most common reason is that the total number of promises hasn't reached your campaign's threshold yet.
Solution: Check your campaign detail page. The progress bar and stats show how many promises you have vs. your threshold. You need to promote your campaign to get more promises before you can convert.
Stripe not connected
You must have a connected Stripe account to convert a campaign.
Solution: Go to Settings in your dashboard and check your Stripe status. If it shows anything other than "Connected," complete the Stripe onboarding process. See Connecting Stripe for details.
Stripe account issues
Even if you've started the Stripe onboarding, your account might be in "Pending review" or "Action required" status.
Solution: Check your Settings page for the specific Stripe status and follow the instructions there. See Stripe account status for what each status means.
Campaign not active
Only active campaigns can be converted. Draft, expired, cancelled, or already-converted campaigns cannot be converted.
Solution: Check the campaign status on your dashboard. If the campaign has expired, you'll need to create a new one.
Complete your Stripe onboarding early — ideally when you first create your campaign. This way you're ready to convert as soon as the threshold is met.
