Email notifications
Every email Promise Tickets sends and when you'll receive it.
Promise Tickets sends email notifications at key moments in the campaign and promise lifecycle. All emails are sent from noreply@promisetickets.com.
Patron emails
| Email | When it's sent | |-------|---------------| | Promise recorded | Immediately after you make a promise. Confirms the event, date, ticket count, and total amount. | | Tickets confirmed | When the campaign converts and your card is successfully charged. Serves as your ticket. | | Payment failed | When the campaign converts but your card could not be charged. | | Promise cancelled | When you cancel your promise. Confirms your card will not be charged. | | Campaign expired | When a campaign you promised to expires without reaching its threshold. Confirms you were not charged. |
Producer emails

Prompts you to convert. | | Conversion complete | After you convert a campaign. Shows tickets charged, failed charges, total revenue, and your payout. | | Campaign expired | When your campaign expires. Shows the final promise count vs. threshold. |
Not receiving emails?
If you're not receiving emails from Promise Tickets:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Verify the email address you used when making a promise or creating your account.
- Add noreply@promisetickets.com to your contacts or safe senders list.
