Stripe account status
What each Stripe Connect status means and what to do about it.
After connecting your Stripe account, your settings page shows a status indicator. Here's what each status means.
Connected
Your Stripe account is fully verified and ready to receive payouts. No action needed.
Your settings page will display your connected email address and a green status badge.
Pending review
Stripe is reviewing your submitted information. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
You can still create and manage campaigns while your account is under review, but you cannot convert campaigns until the review is complete.
Action required
Stripe needs additional information to complete your verification. Your settings page will list the specific items Stripe is asking for, such as:
- Additional identity documentation
- Business registration details
- Updated bank account information
Click the button on your settings page to return to Stripe and provide the requested information.
Incomplete
You started the Stripe onboarding process but didn't finish it. Click Finish Stripe setup on your settings page to return to the onboarding form and complete it.
You cannot convert a campaign or receive payouts until your Stripe account status shows "Connected." Make sure to complete any required steps before your campaign's threshold is reached.
Checking your status
You can check your Stripe account status at any time by visiting Settings in your dashboard. If your status changes (for example, from "Pending review" to "Connected"), the page will reflect the update automatically.
