Fee structure

Promise Tickets charges a 10% platform fee on the ticket face value. This fee is paid by the patron and is added on top of the ticket price set by the producer.

• The platform fee is calculated per ticket, then multiplied by the quantity.
• Producers keep 100% of the ticket face value. The fee does not reduce producer payouts.
