Adding performance dates

Each campaign can have one or more performance dates. A performance represents a specific date and time when the event takes place.

Adding performances

On the campaign creation form:

1. Set the date for the performance.
2. Set the time for the performance.
3. Click Add performance to add additional dates.

Multiple performances

Many events have multiple shows — for example, Friday and Saturday nights. Adding multiple performances lets patrons choose which date works for them.

Each performance tracks its own promise count independently. A patron selects a specific performance when making their promise.

Capacity

If you've set a venue capacity on the campaign, each performance shares that capacity limit. When a performance reaches capacity, patrons will no longer be able to promise tickets for that specific date (other dates may still be available).

Threshold and performances

The campaign threshold applies to the total number of promises across all performances — not per performance. For example, if your threshold is 50 and you have two performances, you could reach the threshold with 30 promises on Friday and 20 on Saturday.
